Cancellation Policy
We request that you provide a 24-hour notice for changes or cancellations. Appointments canceled within the 24-hour window, or without notice, will be subjected to a cancellation fee of 50% charge of the total service for the first missed or canceled appointment and 100% for subsequent missed appointments. We understand that life happens. In the event of sickness or other unforseen circumstances, the cancellation fee may be waived at the discretion of the service provider.

Please arrive on time for your appointment as sessions are typically booked back to back. Tardiness may result in a shorter session and actual Massage time may depend on the extent of the Tardiness. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for you appointment time, the service provider may recommended rescheduling you appointment entirely, and may result in a no-show fee of 50% of the service price booked.
Any outstanding fees must be paid before the following session can occur.
